Research

As an application of our research endeavours, my old friend from high school Marcelo Enrique García Ocampo —who currently is a geologist working at the Volcanological and Seismological Observatory at Manizales—, Robert P.W. Duin from the Information and Communication Theory (ICT) group in the faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science of the Delft University of Technology, my supervisor Germán Castellanos Domínguez and I are applying pattern recognition techniques to automated classification of seismic-volcanic signals.
Some well-known scientist and researchers of my areas of interest
